Hi, I’m Nicole 🙂

I work with people from all walks of life who are navigating anxiety, life transitions, school avoidance, stress, and emotional overwhelm. I believe that therapy should feel supportive, honest, and collaborative while also helping you create meaningful and lasting change in your life.

I tend to connect well with individuals who are ready to do the work, even when the process feels uncomfortable at times. One thing I wish more people knew before starting therapy is that healing does not always happen overnight. Sometimes things can feel harder before they begin to get better, and that’s okay. You have already survived 100% of your hardest days. You can do hard things. Most importantly, you do not have to go through it alone.

My goal is to help you recognize the resilience and strength you already have within yourself, even if you cannot see it yet. I use a combination of therapeutic modalities, including CBT, DBT-informed therapy, and Motivational Interviewing, to help you build healthier coping skills, manage anxiety, improve confidence, and make positive changes that feel realistic and sustainable.

I really enjoy helping people work through anxiety, major life changes, and the emotional challenges that can come with parenting, relationships, school stress, and everyday responsibilities. I tailor each session to what you need that day. If you need structure, coping skills, and practical tools, I can help guide you through that process. If you simply need a space to process your thoughts and emotions, I can provide that too. I believe therapy should feel flexible, supportive, and individualized to you.

My approach to therapy has been shaped not only by professional experience, but also by becoming a parent and navigating the realities of modern life myself. I understand how overwhelming life can feel sometimes, and I believe it takes strength and courage to ask for help.

Because of that, I believe it is important for you to leave sessions feeling understood, supported, and connected.

A Little About Me.

I identify strongly with my Italian background and value creating a space where people from all cultures, identities, family dynamics, and lived experiences feel welcomed and understood.

Outside of therapy, I love listening to music and podcasts, watching true crime documentaries, working out, and spending time at the beach to recharge.
