Yes. Insurance participation varies by clinician, so some of our therapists are in-network with certain insurance plans while others provide out-of-network services. We encourage you to visit each clinician's profile for a detailed breakdown of which insurances they are in network with.
Once you're matched with a clinician, our office will contact your insurance company on your behalf to verify your mental health benefits before your first appointment. We'll review your coverage with you, including any copays, coinsurance, deductibles, or other out-of-pocket costs, so you'll have a clear understanding of your benefits before treatment begins.
If your clinician is out of network with your insurance plan, we're happy to discuss your options and answer any questions about using out-of-network benefits.
-
We are committed to providing high-quality, personalized therapy while also ensuring that our clinicians are fairly compensated for the specialized training, experience, and care they provide.
Session fees vary depending on the clinician you work with, as well as the type and length of the appointment. We encourage you to visit each clinician's profile for a detailed breakdown of their individual fees.
If you're unsure which clinician may be the best fit or have questions about pricing, we're happy to help guide you during your free consultation.

We'll gladly provide this estimate before services begin and answer any questions you may have about treatment costs.

Most individual therapy sessions are approximately 50–55 minutes. Depending on your treatment plan, some services may have different lengths, which your therapist will review with you before treatment begins.

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we ask that you provide at least 24 business hours' notice.
